Lalu’s kidney transplant may happen on December 5: Many more tests will have to go through; Daughter Rohini Acharya giving kidney to father

Lalu has gone to Singapore for kidney transplant. His wife former Chief Minister Rabri Devi and daughter Misa Bharti have also gone with him. It is very possible that his kidney transplant may happen in the first week of December. It is known that if the tests etc. are all right, then on December 5, the doctor can do his surgery.

His daughter Rohini Acharya is donating a kidney to Lalu Prasad. Dr. Satyajit Singh of Patna Ruban Hospital says, ‘In most cases only mother, daughter or sister donate kidney.’ Rohini Acharya lives in Singapore. Rohini tweeted on Monday with a very emotional picture with Lalu Prasad and wrote- ‘Papa is the second form of God, father is the pride of every daughter.’

Rohini wrote in response to various reactions of the people- ‘I am doing what a daughter should do for her father.’ People are talking different things on Rohini Acharya’s tweet.

Samaresh Singh’s father Rai Ranvijay Singh was a retired Income Tax Officer. He was also a friend of Lalu Prasad since college days. Rohini’s family is settled in Singapore these days. On November 11, Rohini had made several tweets and told that she is giving kidney to her father.

Then Rohini wrote- ‘I believe that this is just a small piece of meat that I want to give for my father. I can do anything for my father. All of you pray that everything gets done in a better way, and father again raise the voice of all of you.
