The mining officer of Kishanganj district has been blamed. Mining officer Bina Kumari, who has been accused of corruption, has been removed from her post and directed to contribute to the headquarters.

The ballast laden truck was seized by the police of Galgalia police station in the district on May 20 this year during vehicle check, but the truck was abandoned by Bina Kumari, whose complaint was made by Thakurganj resident Abhay Kumar to District Magistrate Shrikant Shastri. After which the District Magistrate Shri Kant Shastri took cognizance of the matter and got the allegations investigated and the matter was found to be correct. Action was demanded from the Department of Mining and Geology by DM Shrikant Shastri. Let us tell you that the District Mining Officer was in the headlines since his posting. At the same time, taking action, the Bihar Mining and Geology Department has ordered to contribute to the headquarters by removing Mining Officer Bina Kumari from her post.
