In such a situation, after this decision of the court, Congress candidate Vinay Kulkarni will not be able to enter his constituency. However, he said that he respects the court’s decision. And will continue to do their work from outside.
Let us tell you that Yogesh Gowda was murdered on June 15, 2016, after which Gowda’s family accused Vinay Kulkarni of murder. Although the Siddaramaiah government did not take any strong action.
After this, BJP made an election issue and said that if BJP comes to power, they will send Kulkarni to jail. At the same time, after coming to power, the BJP handed over the case to the CBI. At the same time, Vinay Kulkarni was arrested as an accused in the case.
After this, the court granted his bail on the condition that he would not enter Dharwad, as well as not tamper with the evidence related to the murder case.
