The High Court has started the victory in favor of the aggrieved father in the case of the death of Class VIII student of GD Goyna School on February 16 in the school premises. The High Court has given relief to the father of the deceased. The teacher accused of murder has withdrawn the anticipatory bail petition from the High Court.
Order to surrender within 6 weeks
On this, the High Court has ordered the accused teacher to surrender in the court within six weeks. As soon as this order of the High Court comes, the victim’s father will file a petition in the High Court to cancel the affiliation of GD Goyna Public School related to CBSE. Have started preparing for it.
Case diary was demanded
Senior advocate Pramod Rajpati, who is advocating the case of the deceased student in the High Court, said that Suvendu, an accused teacher in this case, had filed an anticipatory bail petition in the High Court. On this, the High Court had demanded the case diary. The case diary of the concerned case has been studied by the court at its own level.
Meanwhile, Suvendu withdrew his anticipatory bail petition by requesting the court. He has said before the High Court that now he will first surrender and then demand bail from the court. On this, the court has ordered him to appear in the court within six weeks.
Here Prakash Chand, the father of the deceased student, says that we and our son will get justice from the High Court. This is my firm belief. He told that if there is a need in this matter further, we will request the High Court to get the matter investigated by the CBI.
