25 bullets along with his service revolver were stolen from the official residence of Home Guard IG Vikas Vaibhav in Patna. The allegation of theft has been leveled against Sooraj, son of Home Guard jawan Virendra Dom working in Vikas Vaibhav’s house. After the matter came to light, a case was registered at Gardnibagh police station on the application of Vikas Vaibhav. Gardnibagh police station has arrested Suraj. During interrogation, Suraj told that he had sold the weapon to his friend Sumit. Police is conducting raids to arrest Sumit. Till now the government weapon and bullet have not been recovered by the police.

His service revolver, two magazines and 25 live cartridges were stolen from the residence of Home Guard IG Vikas Vaibhav in Gardnibagh police station area. Actually, the jawan working at his residence hit Sooraj, the boy of Virendra Dom. Suraj Vikas had gone to clean Vaibhav’s residence. Meanwhile, he cleaned his hand on the weapon.

As soon as the information about the theft of arms was received, a case was registered at Gardnibagh police station on the application of Vikas Vaibhav. After this, the police of Gardnibagh police station arrested Suraj from the spot. In police interrogation, Suraj told that he had sold the weapon and bullet to his friend Sumit.

Gardnibagh Police Station President Ranjit Kumar Rajak told that the whole matter is of last Thursday where Suraj Kumar, son of Home Guard jawan Virendra Dom, who was doing cleaning work at the residence, saw the opportunity and stole 25 bullets kept in the magazine with the pistol of IPS Vikas Vaibhav. . As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police of Girdnibagh police station registered the case and started questioning the accused Suraj in custody. Where the accused accepted that pistol and bullets have been sold from a youth named Sumit.
