Instructions: DM inspected the works done in Baghadi, gave instructions to the officers

DM and others inspecting the house of the beneficiaries.

Under the government-sponsored scheme, DM Manesh Kumar Meena along with the officials inspected the works done in Baghadi village of Sursand block on Wednesday. During this, several instructions were given to the officers. While conducting on-site inspection of the works done in Baghari under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the DM said that the beneficiaries who have not been given the amount of the third installment, should be provided the amount immediately. So that the beneficiary houses can be constructed on war footing. He expressed his strong displeasure over the delay in the availability of the prescribed amount under MNREGA. He said that work should be done with complete transparency and honesty in the implementation of the housing scheme. Ensure to take concrete steps towards housing availability to the disadvantaged beneficiaries. Said that those who are not getting the construction work done even after the availability of the beneficiary amount, give notice to them and motivate them for the construction work.
Work towards construction of check dam: The check dam-cum-culvert built on the Harsangi river near Baghadi village was inspected. While giving instructions to the engineers, the DM said that according to the need, they should also work towards the construction of other check dams. At the same time, he saw the rain gauge installed in the village and after seeing its condition, instructed the officials.
Display list of medicines: The DM, who reached the Additional Primary Health Center located in the village, expressed displeasure after seeing the condition of cleanliness. He instructed the Medical Officer-in-Charge to display the list of essential medicines. He directed all the staff of the hospital to discharge their duties with full commitment. Saw material e-rickshaws and green and blue dustbins purchased under solid and liquid waste management. Said that the construction work of the under construction waste management unit should be completed. Many officials like DDC Vinay Kumar, BDO, Mukhiya etc. were present on the occasion.
