Foundation stone laid for 4 roads in Rohtas: To be built at a cost of 23 crore 70 lakhs, MP Chhedi Paswan laid the foundation stone

BJP MP from Sasaram parliamentary constituency Chhedi Paswan laid the foundation stone for the construction of four roads on Saturday evening. In Sasaram parliamentary constituency, these four roads, which will be built at a total cost of 23 crore 70 lakh, will be built by the Rural Affairs Department.

The four road projects were jointly laid in the function organized in the office premises of the department. On the occasion, the MP said that he is committed for the all-round development of Sasaram.

Of the 4 roads laid the foundation stone, two are from Sasaram assembly constituency, one from Sivasagar and one from Chenari area. Also, a canal road will be constructed along the canal in Sasaram city at a cost of Rs.4 crore 47 lakh. The same road will also be constructed from Old GT Road in Sasaram to the bank of Akodigola Canal.

Whereas, in Chenari, the road will be constructed from Chandrakethi to Magajpura via Samhuta. The road going from Sivasagar to Konar was dilapidated for years, which will be constructed by the Rural Works Department. Vinod Kumar, the executive engineer of the department, said that the total length of the road being constructed would be 40 km. Please tell that all these roads are of PMGSY scheme.
