Former President reached Takht Sri Harmandir Sahib Gurdwara: Ramnath Kovind received a grand welcome in Patna City, roamed the premises for 1:30 hours

Former President Ram Nath Kovind reached Takht Sri Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara of Patna City on Saturday morning. After reaching there, he bowed his head in the court in the Gurudwara and attended the Guru’s court. Even before the former President reached there, he was warmly welcomed by the people of the Gurdwara Management Committee.

Tight security arrangements were made even before the former President arrived. After reaching there, he spent about 1.30 hours in the Gurudwara. The former President saw all the arrangements inside and outside the Darbar at the Gurdwara there. He was also informed about the huge langar being served there by the people of Gurdwara Management Committee.

The former President went around the Gurdwara and expressed great happiness on seeing the law and order there. On reaching there, Jathedar of Patna Sahib Gurdwara Iqbal Singh honored President Ramnath Kovind by giving him Siropa. On this occasion, Chairman of Management Committee Mahendra Pal Singh Dhillon, General Secretary Raja Singh and many people honored former President Ramnath Kovind.
