Former MLA took the injured to the hospital: Truck hit the bike, one died, the other injured

On Saturday evening, a truck pushed a bike rider coming from the front on the Gurua Karmine main road in Gaya district. Due to this, one of the two youths riding the bike died on the spot while the other was injured. He has been admitted to the hospital. Former MLA Ramchandra Prasad Singh has taken the injured to the hospital.

After first aid, he has been referred to Gaya Magadh Medical College. The incident took place near Karmine main road number 7 bridge. The truck driver and his associate have fled leaving the truck on the spot. The Gurua police have taken possession of the dead body and started the post-mortem process. Also seized the truck.

According to the information, Rishu Kumar, 21-year-old boy of Ramchandra Prasad of Ballia village of Guraru police station and Anuj Kumar, 20-year-old boy of Amresh Prasad of Devkali village, were going towards Karmine by bike. On the way ahead of Dumri turn, the truck coming from the opposite direction pushed the bike rider.

Due to this, both the bike riders got trapped along with the motorcycle under the front wheel of the truck. Eyewitnesses say that the truck driver dragged the bike rider for about 200 meters. After this the truck driver fled leaving the vehicle. The Gurua police has informed the family members of the deceased and the injured about the incident.
