Former law minister of Bihar government got anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court granted bail to former Bihar law minister Kartikeya Singh in kidnapping case. Actually Kartikeya Singh is accused of kidnapping the builder.

When Nitish Kumar formed the government with the Grand Alliance, Karthikeya Singh was made Law Minister. But the opposition alleged that Karthikeya Singh has been accused of kidnapping and Kartikeya Singh had to step down from the post of minister. After several days of hearing, the Patna High Court today granted anticipatory bail to Kartikeya Singh in the kidnapping case. In this case related to the bail of Kartikeya Singh, hearing was held in the High Court today, after which the court has granted anticipatory bail, accepting his petition.

Justice Sunil Kumar Parmar was hearing this matter today. Justice Kumar Parmar, giving a big relief to the former law minister, granted him bail.

As soon as the government was formed in Bihar, Nitish Kumar was made a minister close to Anant Singh. Kartikeya Singh was made Law Minister. In this case, BJP had alleged that how can an accused be made a law minister. He was to appear in a court in Danapur on the day he was sworn in as minister.

There is a case of kidnapping of the builder

Actually Kartikeya Singh is accused of kidnapping the builder. In 2014, his name came in the kidnapping of Bihta’s builder Rajiv Ranjan alias Raju Singh, in which his name came in the kidnapping case of Bihta’s builder Rajiv Ranjan alias Raju Singh. Before him, many others including former Mokama MLA Anant Singh were made accused in this case.

Karthik Singh had also applied for anticipatory bail in the Patna High Court in 2017. Deliberately under Sadyantra my naam was added later in this case.

Let us tell you that Kartikeya Singh is very close to Anant Singh. In August 2022, he became MLC on RJD ticket. After this, after the change of power in Bihar, he was made a minister in the Grand Alliance government. After a lot of uproar, he had to leave the ministerial post.
