Fire in the house due to short circuit in Gopalganj: Bike including e-rickshaw burnt to ashes, fire brigade team found fire under control

A sudden fire broke out in a house from the sort circuit near Panchayat Bhawan located in Manikpur village of Gopalganj Sadar block. The e-rickshaw and bike kept in the house were burnt to ashes due to the fire. On receiving the same information, the fire brigades reached the spot and doused the fire.

It is being told that the entire family, including Harichandra Giri, a resident of Manikpur village of Sadar block, was sleeping on Thursday night after having food. During this, Harichandra Giri’s son slept putting the e-rickshaw in charge. A bike was also kept next to him. A sudden fire broke out in the electrical board at around 2.30 pm. The flames started spreading immediately and his spark fell on the bike, due to which the bike also started burning. After this, the nearby people on hearing the noise reached the spot and informed the fire brigade. On getting information, the fire brigade team reached the spot and brought the fire under control.
