FIR lodged in Bettiah property dealer murder case: 4 named including Firdaus of Barwa Barauli, police said – arrest will be done soon

The criminals involved in the murder of Bettiah’s Narkatiaganj property dealer Rajesh Srivastava have been identified. Jaleshwar Srivastava, the property dealer’s father, has lodged an FIR in the Shikarpur police station, in which Mohammad Firdaus and Monu Sharma, residents of Barwa-Barauli village, have been accused of murder. While Mohammad Firdaus’s father Sheikh Sohail Akhtar and brother Sabrez Akhtar have been accused of conspiring to execute the incident.

The father of the deceased property dealer has told in the police FIR that on Friday his son had gone to Bhagwati Cinema Road to attend a wedding ceremony. After 8 pm, information was received that someone had shot his son. On reaching the spot, his son was moaning and said that Firdaus and Monu Sharma had fired. Nearby, Jitendra alias Jimmy Soni, who was injured due to bullet injury in his leg, was also found lying nearby, who was shot by the said criminals. Eyewitnesses present there also told that both the above criminals had fired, after which they were brought to the sub-divisional hospital in injured condition and from there admitted to Bettiah GMCH, where their son died during treatment. In the FIR, he has stated that Mohammad Firdous, Monu Sharma, Sohail Akhtar and Sabrej Akhtar hatched a conspiracy under commercial and political conspiracy and along with other unknown criminals shot dead his son.
