Fighting in 10 decimal land dispute in Katihar: Violent clash between two parties, many injured; All were admitted to the hospital

It is said that in Haflaganj South Tola village of Mufassil police station area, there was a dispute going on for the last 10 years between the two parties regarding 10 days mill land. On Tuesday, on the same old land on which the dispute is running, one side Parmanand Poddar Shyamanand Poddar Anil Poddar Sunil Poddar Arvind Poddar Pawan Poddar and Suman Poddar were being forced to construct the boundary wall illegally. The construction work was intervened by Shank Kumar, Pawan Kumar of the other side and asked to stop the construction work. But the construction work continued even after the first party was stopped.

The altercation turned into a violent clash

Due to this, there was a tussle between the two sides, which turned into a violent street with swords and other weapons. Two men and a woman from both the sides were badly injured in this violent clash. Seeing the seriousness of the situation, the people around intervened and handled the matter immediately. People from both the sides reached Mufassil police station and applied for justice.
