Father on 9th day fast for arrest of son: Said – My guilty son had run away and married, I am getting punishment

In Bhagalpur, a father is sitting on a fast outside the DM office for the last 9 days for the arrest of his own son. Due to this, the health of Rajesh Singh (60) deteriorated significantly on Tuesday. The doctor had to come to take care of him.

Actually, the matter is of Masakchak under Adampur TOP of the district. The fasting person has been identified as Rajesh Singh. 6 years ago in 2016, his son Nihal Singh got married after running away from a minor girl in a love affair. He is still absconding. But, making Rajesh Singh an accused in that case, the police put him in jail. Along with this, the house of Rajesh Singh was also attached. This matter is still going on in the court.

Rajesh Singh told that my son is guilty. He is absconding. The police is not catching him. But made me an accused. My house has also been demolished. He told that without the orders of the court they broke my house. This law is being violated. At the same time, he said that I am fasting till death to demand justice for the last 9 days. But no one is listening to me.

He also said that I will sit here on fast till I get justice. At the same time, he told that my brother-in-law is an IPS officer, on whose behest the police have given my son a free hand. He is not being caught. I have been forcibly made a scapegoat.
