Facility: Lions Club providing glasses for Rs.300

Sunday Clinic was organized by Lions Club Lakhisarai. In this clinic 88 patients were examined for different types of diseases and medicines were also provided to them. Free diabetic check-up and blood pressure check-up were done for 56 patients in Sunday clinic. Apart from this, the eyes of 32 needy people were also examined by the doctor who came from Kolkata. In this camp, Dr. Praveen Kumar Sinha, president of the club, examined all the needy and also provided free medicines to all. The eye examiner who came from Kolkata examined the eyes of 32 needy people. With a better effort by Lions Club Lakhisarai, now spectacles are being provided to the patients from Calcutta for only Rs.300/-. Club members Amit Sharma, Amit Sinha, Ranjan Snehi etc. contributed significantly to the Sunday clinic.
