Employment cum Vocational Guidance-Fair organized: Candidates submitted resumes in 30 different companies in Araria

Candidates were shortlisted for the next round of test and interview.

A one-day employment-cum-vocational guidance-fair was organized by the Labor Resources Department, Government of Bihar, under the aegis of the District Planning Office, Araria on Monday in the premises of the city’s Town Hall. This one-day employment cum vocational guidance fair was inaugurated by Deputy Development Commissioner Manoj Kumar. With the objective of providing employment to the unemployed youth and women of the district, the District Level Employment-cum-Vocational Guidance Fair was organized by the Labor Resources Department under the aegis of the District Planning Office, Araria.

In this sequence, a large number of candidates participated in the district level planning-cum-vocational guidance fair. In this, the candidates submitted their resumes to 30 different companies. Candidates were shortlisted for the next round of test and interview. A total of 30 stalls have been set up by the organizers of various companies. Where hundreds of candidates were informed by the organizers of the companies about the work and field of work.

On the other hand, the candidates who came to participate in the guidance fair were guided by Deputy Development Commissioner Manoj Kumar. Along with this, District Planning Officer Mohd. Akif Vakkas also motivated the youth to be prepared according to the changing trends of employment and to raise awareness about the growing opportunities of self-employment. District Skill Manager Araria, District Skill Specialist and all the employees of District Registration Office had a commendable contribution in making the program successful.
