A fine of two thousand rupees has been imposed on Sanhaila BDO for negligence in work under drinking water solution scheme. For this Neelam Singh applied in DM cum Second Appellate Authority. The matter was heard. It was said that in the number-4 of Pethia ward, work has been done in 40-50 houses with tap-water scheme. In ward number four, material arrived for the work of tap-water under the Chief Minister’s Seven Nishchay Yojana.
The local authority contacted the chief, who told him that due to brain hemorrhage of his uncle, he would be out of the panchayat for his treatment on September 22, he should be given four days, so that after getting treatment, work would be started. . This report of BDO is unclear and not acceptable.

This shows the laxity of the BDO in the work. In the context of these facts, a penalty of two thousand was imposed against Sanhaila BDO. Along with this, it was directed that before the next date of hearing, he would present his side with the resolution report, benefiting the appellant and other villagers from the scheme.
