Distribution of worship material in Badi Patna Devi Temple: It was distributed among Chhathvratis, organized after 2 years

A huge sari distribution was organized among the Chhathvratis at the Badi Patan Devi temple of Patna City on Friday. On this occasion, about 500 saris were distributed among urban and rural women observing Chhath fast.

Mahant Vijay Shankar Giri of Shaktipeeth Patan Devi Temple said that after two years of Corona period, this year, sari distribution was organized among the women observing Chhath fast on behalf of Patan Devi temple. He said that such an event has been organized every year by the temple trust. This year a grand ceremony was held.

Mahant Vijay Shankar Giri told that on this occasion the fasting women of urban and rural areas of Patna City attended the temple premises and took all the forms. Meena Devi of Jalla area, who was present on the spot, told that she has been doing Chhath Puja here for years. The saree has been received from the temple.
