Due to the filth, this ghat is visible as a garbage place.

Now only three days are left for Chhath Puja, the great festival of folk faith in Siwan. But at the administrative level, there is no preparation of any kind. The condition of the ghats is telling its plight. The accumulation of dirt and garbage has become the hallmark of the Ghats. Most of the dirt is from the Pulwa Ghat and Shivvrat Sah Chhath Ghat located in the Daha river of the city, where there is a pile of garbage.

Let us tell you that this is the Chhath Ghat, it is the largest Chhath Ghat in Siwan district, where more than 50 thousand Chhath devotees participate in this great festival of faith and offer Arghya to the Sun. It is worth mentioning that this is the oldest and major Chhath Ghat of the district headquarters. But at present, due to the neglect of the city council administration, there is a pile of dirt on the ghat.

There is a pile of garbage all around the ghat. The city council administration especially needs to run a cleanliness campaign on this ghat, but at present no action plan has been made regarding cleanliness. For this reason, at present, filth and mismanagement have kept their camp on these ghats of faith. Due to the filth, these ghats are visible as garbage sites.

Assembly Speaker inspected the ghat and gave instructions for cleanliness

It is worth mentioning that Bihar Vidhan Sabha Speaker Awadh Bihari Chaudhary had inspected the Daha River Pulia Ghat in the city two days ago. During this, he had given strict instructions to the city council and the local administration for cleanliness. Despite this, the cleanliness of the ghat is still not visible.
