Court verdict came after 36 years in murder case
Two accused in the Aurangabad murder case have been convicted by the court. The point of sentence will be heard on December 21. This decision has been given by ADJ-7 of Aurangabad Civil Court Sunil Kumar Singh while hearing the decision in Dhibra police station case number 43/86. The accused who have been convicted include Musafir Paswan and Prameshwar Paswan, residents of Gawar Bigha village under Dhibra police station area. Both have been sent to jail after breaking the bond.
Advocate Satish Kumar Snehi told that the FIR was lodged by Ram Vilas Mahato, a resident of Dhibra village. In which the said accused were accused of murder. The trial in the case went on for 36 years. Ultimately the accused were convicted. APP Shyam Nandan Tiwari said that the accused have been convicted under IPC section 302 and 27 Arms Act.
2100 fine to the shopkeeper who opened the shop in lockdown
The court has sentenced a shopkeeper who violated the rules by opening a shop during the lockdown. He has been fined Rs 2100. This decision was given by Aurangabad Civil Court First Class Judicial Magistrate Miss Neha Dayal while hearing the decision in Rafiganj police station case number 90/20.
Convicted accused Ghulam Sarwar is a resident of Shera Bigha village of Rafiganj police station. Advocate Satish Kumar Snehi said that the FIR was lodged by the then SHO of Rafiganj police station, Rajeev Ranjan. In which it was said that the shop was opened in violation of the lockdown. After which the shopkeeper was arrested and the shop was sealed. On Tuesday, the First Class Judicial Magistrate imposed a fine of Rs 2,100. Which the accused deposited in Nazarat.
