Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has launched a major attack on the Modi government over the clash between police and wrestlers in Delhi on Sunday amid the inauguration of the new Parliament building. The Delhi Police took strict action against the wrestlers who were marching from Jantar Mantar towards the new Parliament House, on which Rahul Gandhi angrily targeted while sharing the video.
On Sunday, the Delhi Police took the wrestlers into custody. Not only this, the police also uprooted the tents of the wrestlers from Jantar Mantar. Regarding this, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi launched a befitting attack on the central government. Rahul tweeted, ‘Coronation complete – ‘arrogant king’ crushing public’s voice on the streets!’

Along with this, Rahul Gandhi also tweeted a video of women wrestlers being caught by throwing them on the ground, in which it can be seen how women wrestlers are seen helpless in front of the police.
Apart from Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi also tweeted in support of the wrestlers, writing- “The medals on the chest of the players are the pride of our country. With those medals, the hard work of the players increases the prestige of the country. The arrogance of the BJP government is so much It has increased that the government is mercilessly trampling the voices of our women sportspersons under boots. This is absolutely wrong. The whole country is witnessing the arrogance and injustice of the government.”
