Clashes over Rack Point capture in Samastipur: Two groups clashed, police arrested the chief’s husband

Many people were injured in this incident on Saturday evening, due to the capture of rackpoint located at Bhagwanpur Desua station of Samastipur Khagaria railway section, there was fierce fighting between two groups. During this, the chief husband Baiju Rai was caught by a group and handed over to the police, it was told that the chief husband is also an accused in a murder case. Tension prevails between the two groups after the incident, a police team is camping on the spot.

It has been told that Baiju Rai, the head of the Virnama Tula Panchayat and the mastermind of the Rambharos murder case, along with his henchmen, had come to dominate the area outside the rank point. The Ujiarpur police, who reached the information, pacified the people after understanding and arrested Baiju Rai.

Police have seized 4 bikes of miscreants from the spot. It is said that a colleague of Baiju Rai was assaulted by some local youths for establishing dominance outside Desua Rack Point. Later on information Baiju Rai reached the spot with more than a dozen miscreants and started pressurizing the local people, on which a road-a-battle started between the two groups.

Ujiarpur SHO Anil Kumar told that the matter is of railway sector.

On the other hand, Railway Station Officer Achhelal Yadav said that on arrival in Raipur, information about the assault has been received, but no party has reached the police station regarding the incident so far, the police has been sent for investigation.
