Chargesheet filed against 4 including Abhishek Aggarwal: Within 60 days, the Economic Offenses Unit submitted the chargesheet against the accused in the court

The Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) has filed a charge sheet against 4 accused in the court in the case of forgery done with the DGP in the name of Chief Justice. DSP Sunil Kumar, who is probing the case, submitted it to the Patna court on Wednesday. This has been confirmed by the Economic Offenses Unit. This charge sheet has been submitted against Abhishek Bhopalika alias Abhishek Aggarwal, Gaurav Raj, Shubham Kumar and Rahul Ranjan Jaiswal. All of them are named accused in this case. All four were arrested by the EOU at the very beginning of the case. Then after being produced in the court, all of them were sent to judicial custody. Since then all of them are in jail. This action was taken simultaneously with the registration of the FIR on 15 October. Although charge sheet has to be filed within 90 days, but EOU did it within 60 days.

5th accused is still absconding The 5th accused named in this case is still absconding. He is none other than the absconding suspended IPS Aditya Kumar. Actually, there is a deep friendship between the jailed Abhishek and the absconding IPS. It is alleged that both of them conspired together to end the liquor case registered against Aditya Kumar at Fatehpur police station in Gaya. It was Abhishek Agarwal who used to repeatedly call the DGP in the name of Chief Justice of Patna High Court. He had completely ended the case of liquor scandal by giving pressure. When the reality came to the fore later, there was a big ruckus. Only after this the EOU registered a case and investigated the matter and then arrested 4 people and sent them to jail.
