Chandraghan: The main door of Baba Harigiri Dham temple was closed due to the sutak of lunar eclipse

On the occasion of Kartik Purnima at the famous Baba Harigiri Dham of Mithilanchal, there was a crowd of devotees for offering prayers in the early hours of Tuesday. Devotees from far and wide reach and offer water. After that, the doors of Baba Bholenath were closed from 7.45 am to evening due to the sutak for Chandraghan. Only the government worship of Baba Bholenath will be able to be done in the evening. Due to which devotees will now be able to offer water to Baba and do darshan worship on the second day itself. The fame of Baba Harigiri Dham has spread far and wide.

The devotees who come here are discussing the solution of all the problems with a lot of water. Due to which people get desired results. Giving information about the above things, the priest of the Dham, Pandit Sonu Jha told that the Shivling of Baba Bholenath is here from time immemorial. Before him, three sages who lived as priests. The samadhi place of those three sages is also in this complex. Devotees who come here after offering water to Baba Bholenath also visit the tomb of those sages.

From the year 1998, now Shravani fair is also organized here for a month. In which devotees from different places come from far and wide to fill the Ganges water from Simaria and come on foot in the month of Sawan to offer water to Baba Harigiri Dham. Shravani Mela is organized at the government level. At the same time, on various occasions, a large number of people reach here to offer water. By the way, hundreds of people arrive every day to offer water.
