Lovlina used to do kick boxing before joining boxing, in which she has also won medals at the national level. Actually, Lovlina started kickboxing after seeing her elder sisters Licha and Lima. In childhood, Lovlina had to face a lot of struggle.
Lovlina’s father Tiken was a small businessman and earned Rs 1300 per month. The road to the Olympics from Assam was not that easy. But this boxer showed that if nothing was difficult in front of courage and passion.
