Bhagalpur MP did surprise inspection of Sadar Hospital: Doctors found missing from duty, workers were missing from the counter, said – action will be taken against those who are negligent

Bhagalpur MP Ajay Mandal did a surprise inspection of Sadar Hospital on Sunday night. Went to many wards and also saw the system. At some places the doctors were found missing and at some places the personnel from the counter. He said that action will be taken against such negligent doctors.

Dr. Gopinath found missing from duty

Dr. Gopinath was found missing from duty in the surprise inspection of the MP. He called Gopinath, when asked why you are not on duty. Doctor told that I am available on call duty. While the nurse present there told that she has duty tonight.

In on call duty, if the patient is serious or has to undergo surgery, then the doctor is called and the doctor reaches the hospital. In such a situation, if there is a delay in reaching the doctor, then the patients may even die.

Instructions given to the District Magistrate to take action

The MP called the District Magistrate and asked to take action against the doctor who was negligent in his work. The MP told that we have reached the hospital and the doctor is missing. In such a situation, if the patient’s condition starts deteriorating at night, then who will look after him?

Relatives of patients have created ruckus many times regarding this.

In the past, a ruckus was created by the family members of the patient in Bhagalpur’s Sadar Hospital and Mayaganj Hospital. The relatives alleged that the doctors were not on duty and the patients died. The condition of the patients worsened in the night but the doctors did not reach till morning. Due to which he died.
