In Aurangabad, the Daudnagar police has carried out attachment-seizure action at the house of an accused who has been absconding for a long time. The case is related to Balu Ganj ward number 2 of Daudnagar police station area. Attachment seizure action has been taken at the house of Ramvatar Chaudhary, a resident of the same village. Case number 170/21 has been registered against the said accused in Daudnagar police station, in which sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354B, 504, 8/12 POCSO Act have been imposed. Notices were pasted many times, but he did not appear in the court, after which the court directed for attachment-confiscation, after which this action was taken.
Action on not surrendering
Door frame, firewood and other items were uprooted from the house of the accused. The Daudnagar Police Station said that notices were pasted several times to surrender the said accused in the court. At the same time, instructions were given to surrender himself in the court as soon as possible, but still did not surrender, after which the court issued an order related to attachment seizure, after which this action has been taken. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused. Soon the accused will be nabbed.
