    Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said that the vacant posts of government departments will be filled soon. He was reviewing the General Administration and Home Department on Wednesday. He said- ‘The Maintenance Works Department (Works Department) should do the maintenance of government buildings, roads and bridges.

    For this, as many engineers and personnel are needed, they should be appointed. The Chief Minister said that since we got the opportunity to work, many development works have been done in the state. Business has grown here. The budget size of the state exceeded Rs 2 lakh crore.

    Many infrastructure including government buildings, roads, culverts were constructed. In each police station, separate wings have been made for law and order and research, so that the works can be executed in a better way. Arrangements have been made for better training of policemen and police officers.

    CM reviews general administration and home department

    During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Chaitanya Prasad, Principal Secretary of General Administration Department B. Rajender and Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department Arunish Chawla explained in detail about the updated activities of their respective departments. The issue of employment generation in the private sector was also discussed.
    These were also present: In the meeting, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Deepak Kumar and Dr. S. Siddharth, Chief Secretary Amir Subhani, DGP SK Singhal, Secretary to Chief Minister Anupam Kumar, Secretary, Building Construction Department Kumar Ravi, Director General and Chairman, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation Vinay Kumar were also present.
