Murder accused Gopi Nishad and the dead body of the girl lying in the room
Raipur: A surprising case has come to light from Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Here the boyfriend living in live in relationship killed his girlfriend and slept with her dead body for 2 days. When the smell of the dead body started coming from the house, the landlord went inside and saw and he was stunned. The dead body of the girl was lying there, during that time the accused boy was also present at home. The incident was reported to the police in a hurry, after which the accused boy has been arrested. The accused boy has been identified as Gopi Nishad and the dead girl’s name was Basanti Yadav.
what is the whole matter
Basanti Yadav, a resident of Mahasamund, was a nursing staff in a private hospital in the capital. Two months back, Gopi was living on rent in a live-in relationship with Nishad in a house in Lalpur. Gopi Nishad also worked as a ward boy in the hospital.
It is being said that both were about to get married. On Saturday, the girl was at home after coming from her work. The accused boy was also with him. This morning a strong smell started coming from the house. When the landlord went inside and saw the dead body of the girl lying on a sheet below, a complaint was given to the Tikrapara police station. Police reached the spot and arrested the accused boy.

The statement of ASP DC Patel has come to the fore in this matter. He said that the interrogation of the accused is going on. According to the police, the accused might have killed the girl after a dispute over marriage. At present, the body has been sent for postmortem.
