A woman dies in Dev Mandir of Aurangabad: Daughter’s condition is also critical, she died due to being buried in the crowd

An accident has happened during Arghya in Aurangabad’s Dev. While offering Arghya to the setting sun, a woman died after being buried in the crowd. While his daughter was seriously injured. She is battling with life and death.

However, it is not clear whether he was buried on the temple in the crowd or on the pond. But it is so clear that he died due to being buried in the crowd. The deceased 39-year-old woman Meera Devi was the wife of Ram Kishore Singh, resident of Englishpur village of Bihiya police station in Bhojpur district. The woman’s daughter Khushi Kumari (25) has been seriously injured in this incident. He is being treated in the ICU of Aurangabad Sadar Hospital.

Mother and daughter went to Suryakund pond to offer Arghya

Sonu Kumar, son of the deceased woman told that his mother had observed Chhath fast. We all had reached Dev from home. Our car was stopped two kilometers ago. There they stopped near the car. Mother and sister along with other relatives had gone to Suryakund pond to offer Arghya, but she did not return till late.

Only father arrived in the evening. When asked, he told that the mother is roaming there. After which the search started. Then Dev was sent to the government hospital. When he reached there, he was told to go to Aurangabad. When the youth reached Aurangabad Sadar Hospital, he identified the mother and sister.
