7 criminals arrested in Muzaffarpur: went out to loot from Bolero, police also recovered weapons

Police have arrested the armed criminals who arrived in Muzaffarpur to carry out the robbery and robbery incident from Bolero. All the criminals had come from Bolero numbered in West Bengal. It was told that the criminals had arrived in Motipur’s Mohammadpur Balmi village to execute the incident.

The arrested suspects include five from Motihari and two from Sahebganj. These include Dharmendra Kumar of Malkonia, Virendra Kumar, Pawan Kumar of Motihari’s Mufassil police station, Rajkumar of Gaurishankar Middle School, Sushant Kumar of Jhakra of Piprakothi police station, besides Raju Kumar of Vishambharpur of Sahebganj police station and Vijay Kumar, resident of Anandi Chhapra. .

One country-made rifle, three country-made pistols, seven bullets, one dab and one sabal have been seized from the spot. Whereas, the Bolero has been confiscated. The police has started collecting the details of the owner of the seized Bolero from the District Transport Office.

In this case, SSP Jayantakant said that the gang carries out incidents of highway robbery and dacoity. He told that on Tuesday, information was received that criminals from Bolero are going to come to Motipur from Motihari to carry out the incident of robbery and dacoity.

After this, the police team led by DSP Western Abhishek Anand laid siege to the criminals. Seeing the police cordon near Mohammadpur Balmi Chowk, the criminals got down from the car and started running here and there. All the seven criminals were arrested by the police team. Everyone has been questioned. After interrogation, all are being sent to judicial custody.
