In this case, 4 teams of Bhojpur police are continuously conducting search operation in many border districts of Bihar-Uttar Pradesh from Bihiyan, Shahpur, Dumraon and Buxar. 10 people in custody, interrogation continues for 24 hours
Uday Prakash Gupta, son of the kidnapped businessman, has lodged an FIR against Roja resident and tenant Amar, another tenant Najo Khatoon’s son Raja, Amar’s friend Ritesh, Baua and Ranjan Kumar. The police have detained ten women and men from the family of the named accused, including Amar, who are being interrogated for the past 24 hours. Along with this, Amar’s special friend Ritesh Kumar has also been arrested.

The kidnapped businessman is a resident of Mahajan Toli No. 1 of Hariji Gupta Town police station area. He has shops named Hari Narayan Jewelers at Gopali Chowk in Arrah, Harikesh Jewelers near Badi Masjid and Kanak Jewelers on Jail Road. There is also Ram Nagri in Patna, Shivam Jewelers in Ashiana Nagar and Hari Om Jewelers in Chandmari Road. There is also a market in Baluahi located on Ara Bypass Road. In this, many businessmen run different types of shops. He is also a lawyer by profession. Some of the tenants of the market are feared to have been kidnapped.

There was a dispute going on from keeping a goat to installing a car.
A few days before the kidnapping incident, there was a dispute with Hariji Gupta over two tenants keeping a goat and installing a car. As soon as Hariji Gupta reached his sandy market on Wednesday, both the tenants Amar Kumar and Najo Khatoon started fighting. It is said that during this time the tenants had also assaulted and thrashed the kidnappers. Since then nothing has been known of Hariji.

Signs of going to UP by car after beating
After assaulting Hariji Gupta by the named accused, the police are getting indications of him going to UP from Buxar via Bihiyan, Shahpur after kidnapping him in an XUV car. Amar’s last tower location is said to be around Buxar. Arrested accused Amar’s friend Ritesh has also come to the fore of going from Ara to Bihiyan via Buxar. Ritesh had returned home from Bihiyan and was caught by the police.

The last tower location of Hariji Gupta is also said to be around Mahathin Mai temple of Bihiyan. After this, with the help of dog squad, from bushes to old ruins were searched, but no clue was found. FSL team was also called from Patna. FSL’s 6 member team has taken many important samples including soil from near the market located in sandy, which has been sent to Patna for examination.
