Court sentenced five convicts of molestation case to three years in Aurangabad. A fine of three thousand rupees has also been imposed. The said decision has been given by Brajesh Kumar Pathak, ADJ cum Special POCSO Court of Aurangabad Civil Court while hearing in Mahila Police Station Case No. 12/15. Special PP Shivlal Mehta said that the accused Ramesh Saw, Rajesh Saw, Ramadhar Saw, Keel Kumar, Vishwaranjan Kumar have been sentenced.
The said accused have been sentenced to three years imprisonment and three thousand fine under IPC section 354 and 8 POCSO Act. Advocate Satish Kumar Snehi said that an FIR was lodged in the victim women’s police station in the case. In which it was said that on the night of 7 May 2015, she was sleeping in her courtyard.
During this, all the above five accused reached and molested them by tying their mouth with a gamchha. When the noise was raised, all of them ran away. After which she lodged a case in the women’s police station. After which all were caught while taking action by the women’s police station. The trial in the case went on for seven years. Ultimately the accused were punished. The family members of the victim expressed happiness over the court’s decision.

The Aurangabad Behavior Court, while hearing the judgment in Mali police station case number 23/20, has found the four accused guilty of murder and sent them to jail after breaking the bond. Advocate Satish Kumar Snehi told that the date of hearing on the point of punishment has been fixed on 04 November 2022.
Told that on behalf of the government APP Baban Prasad told that the FIR was lodged by Vivek Kumar Bairiya Mali. In which it was said that on the day of Holi, on March 10, 2020, in Paswan Tola of the village itself, we had a ruckus and shuffling, then the parents had restored the peace, but on the second day the accused made a criminal plan and on March 12, 2020 when my father Shailendra Kumar When Chandvanshi had gone to Bairiya market, the accused along with dozens of people attacked with sticks.
Accused Rajendra Paswan kept attacking my father’s head with sticks. Due to which the father died on the spot itself. Accused Rajendra Paswan is lodged in jail since the day of the incident. Advocate Snehi said that the accused have been found guilty under IPC section 147/148/149/341/323/302/120B. Whose punishment will be pronounced on 04 November 2022.
