36 bottles of English liquor have been recovered from the passenger of MEMU train on Jehanabad-Gaya-Patna railway line by the police of railway station. The police received a tip-off that liquor was being brought by train by the liquor mafia. When the train was searched by the police on the basis of secret information, a gunny bag was kept near the toilet of the bogie of the train.
When it was searched, liquor was found in it and people around were questioned but no one gave any information about it. The police recovered the liquor and started taking further action. Police say that the liquor mafia was trying to sell the liquor somewhere by taking it from the trains. But on the basis of secret information of the police, the liquor has been recovered. Further action is being taken by it under the Liquor Act.
Police say that this liquor was being brought from another state, the police have started investigating the matter from their level.
