JEDDAH — The air ambulance team in Jeddah transported two persons, who sustained serious injuries in an accident, to King Fahd Hospital in the city so as to enable them receive the necessary treatment without any delay. The accident involving collision of vehicles occurred in the Madain Al-Fahd neighborhood before the Islamic Port Bridge in south Jeddah.
Immediately after receiving information about the accident, the Command, Control and Medical Transfer Center in the Makkah region dispatched two ambulance teams along with the air ambulance, to the scene of the accident within a response time period of 14 minutes. Upon the arrival of the first ambulance team, it was found in medical examinations that the injured have sustained multiple fractures in the accident.
