2 arrested for cheating in BSSC exam in Sitamarhi: One was making note with gas paper, the other was writing copy by talking to mobile

Two examinees were caught stealing in the Bihar Staff Selection Commission examination held at 15 centers in Sitamarhi district. The first student was caught red-handed while stealing from gas paper and writing in the second shift of middle school Lagma. An FIR has been registered against the arrested youth in Dumra police station. The same other student was caught from Sri Lakshmi Kishori High School. Who was talking to one of his colleagues on the phone and making notes. Meanwhile, the magistrate arrested him red-handed. The same earphones and mobile have been seized from him. An FIR has been lodged against the said student in the same city police station.

The exam was conducted in two shifts

FIR lodged against both

The examination was conducted with full promptness by all the Static Magistrates, Patrolling Magistrates, Flying Squad team and other deputation officials and police officers appointed in view of conducting peaceful and malpractice free examination. An FIR of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against both the arrested accused for being found involved in using unfair means under the Bihar Examination Conduct Act 2081.
